Chocolate Pansy

This butterfly looks bright and flies close to the ground.  As it is bright and colorful it is unpalatable.  The upper side of both and female are same.  The wavy lines on the underside vary from wet to dry season.

Individuals maintain territory.  Junonia iphita is scientific name of this buttefly.
